REPLACEMENT SPECIFICATIONS
SSCA requires uniform building specifications for parts of each unit that are viewable from the outside. When possible we will provide those specifics below.
Windows
All interior/exterior windows (except in the kitchen) will be:

Currently the SSCA uses Champion Windows as replacement vendor for these windows. However, as long as your windows meet the specifications, we do not mandate use of any specific vendor.
