SSCA Policies & Procedures
The SSCA Board has implemented a pet registration process which began 1 February 2012. Based on SSCA Bylaws all pets are supposed to be approved by the board. A registration form will be available in the office and online.
Homeowners are responsible for obtaining prior approval from the Board of Directors regarding pets that will be residing in a unit.
Pet feces must be properly disposed of ad not left on sidewalks, in the flower beds, or under bushes. Strict fines and penalties will be levied for violations

12. Pets.
