Stepping Stone Condominiums Home Page
Within a half mile of major shopping and restaurant venues and about one mile from Research Park, Stepping Stone Condominiums is a quiet oasis on the west side of Huntsville Alabama. Stepping Stone Condominiums have 126 units in the nine building complex which includes a Swimming Pool and Tennis Court.
Stepping Stone Condominiums complex houses one and two bedroom units with different size bedrooms, living areas and layouts. We are located at 1155 Old Monrovia Road, about a half mile off University Drive in Huntsville, Alabama.
Stepping Stone is governed by an elected Board with members serving three year terms and we are incorporated as the Stepping Stone Condominiums Association under the Condominium Ownership Act of Alabama.
For owners and future owners, our site contains the Legal Documents such as the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation which are in the form of Adobe PDF attachments as well as the Declaration of Condominium.
